After several successful years as an entrepreneur, Yolanda knows what it takes to provide first-class service to all her clients. Yolanda prides herself on her ability to truly connect with the unique needs of ALL her clients.

After 20 years in the corporate market, Yolanda founded The Keynote Group in 2003 when she saw a need to assist business professionals in building successful speaking businesses. As a result, The Keynote Group is now a full-service speaker development and management company. Our keynote Speakers are not only managed, but are expressly trained for top level performance, by Yolanda Harris.

Meet Shari Bush - Director of Communications, The Keynote Group

Shari Bush recently joined The Keynote Group as Director of Communications. She brings over 20 years of experience in corporate marketing and public relations. As the former Director of Public Relations for Concert Communications, she was responsible for all external communications and marketing materials for the British Telecom/MCI joint venture. Shari spent many years with Steven Winter Associates, a trade association management company where she wrote grants for federal funding and served as Executive Director for three trade associations. Shari also worked as a reporter for a local newspaper in Northern Virginia and worked for the NBC affiliate, WRC in Washington, D.C.

As the Director of Communications for The Keynote Group, Shari is responsible for assisting our amazing speakers with all of their public relations and marketing needs and maximizing their exposure.

Shari graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Journalism. She happily resides with her husband, Neal, and three children Jacqueline, Danielle and Ryan.

Meet Brooke Trabert - Director, Speaker Services, The Keynote Group

Brooke Trabert recently joined The Keynote Group, as Director Of Speaker Services where she will enhance client relationships and coordinate speaker bookings making the experience for the client efficient and highly productive. Brooke has been in the speaking industry for two years as the VP of Business Development for The Jon Gordon Companies in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Previously, she worked in the tennis industry as a teaching professional and events planner. Her expertise in this industry guarantees our clients VIP service as her skills are extremely effective in producing results.

Brooke graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Health Education.

Meet Mary Beth Walters - Administrative Assistant, The Keynote Group

Mary Beth Walters has joined The Keynote Group as our extremely capable and efficient Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for service and excellence and to ensure ALL of our clients and speakers receive first-class, hands-on specialized guidance. She is a dedicated and resourceful member of the team. Mary Beth has more than 15 years of experience in the customer/client service field, including servicing over 800 Clients as a United Parcel Service field representative and as the Office Manager for the UPS District Customer Service Center. She received her Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. and is happily married with 2 sons and a daughter.
