Yolanda Harris
President

After years working in development and corporate training events, Yolanda Harris, formerly the head of the management team that restructured Tony Robbins’ coaching division, founded The Keynote Group. With over 20 years of executive leadership in marketing, commercial real estate, finance and business development, the President of The Keynote Group is no stranger to the motivational speaking industry.

Yolanda and The Keynote Group want to be a part of your planning team, not just for booking support. As a former event planner, Yolanda understands what it takes to put together an exceptional conference. Whether you are a small group or planning for an audience of thousands, Yolanda will ask the right questions in order to find the perfect fit for your unique needs.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business management with a minor in marketing from the University of Redlands in California. She serves on the Young Entrepreneurs Council for Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova South Eastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, and on the Prevent Child Abuse American board.

Rachel Mackles
Public Relations Manager

Rachel Mackles has an extensive background in the marketing industry, including but not limited to promotions for a major music venue, branding for celebrities, including award-winning director F. Gary Gray, and b2b public relations for non-profit organizations and small businesses.

With a degree in Communications, Rachel has worked in booking and production and is responsible for overseeing all marketing, social media strategy, copywriting, and public relations for The Keynote Group.

A New York native, Rachel moved from Manhattan to join The Keynote Group in 2010.

Ryan Garriga
Marketing Support

Ryan Garriga has several years of professional sales and marketing experience. He was an Account Manager for three years at Clear Channel Communications and managed marketing for a major flooring company in the Atlanta market. With a Degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, Ryan is eager and willing to help your events be more successful than ever before.

Ryan provides marketing support for The Keynote Group and his previous sales and marketing experiences allow him to ensure that our client's needs and expectations are exceeded every day.

Melinda Wiggins
Booking Coordinator

With more than 8 years experience in customer service, Melinda Wiggins brings her strong background in Office Management and Event Coordination to The Keynote Group team. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Psychology and Geography, she managed Client Services and Operations for a well-known business center before becoming an Event Coordinator and Office Manager for a banquet hall in the Raleigh, NC area.

Melinda serves as liaison between meeting planners, clients and our booking team, and provides a seamless booking process. Her strong communication and organizational skills allow her to capably handle the logistics and details of client events.

Kate Miller
Social Media

Kate Miller has been an active participant in the Web 2.0 landscape since 2004 as an early adopter of blogging and twitter. Since then, she has worked on countless social media campaigns and helped everyone from small brick and mortar businesses to non-profits to Fortune 500 companies establish and expand their social media footprint. She has successfully organized blogger outreach campaigns, managed Facebook promotions and contests, provided blogging services and conslutancy and organized and moderated buzz-building twitter parties, such as the first several #SOSFood chats with non-profit Share Our Strength. With the understanding that social media is about bringing your unique brand to the people, Kate has partnered with The Keynote Group to offer their clients creative and community building social media management.
